The ALEXANDER Hotel is an absolutely unique project, with its own history, but in a new solution by modern designers, decorators and the best European architects specializing in the restoration and reproduction of architectural monuments and objects representing the historical and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan. We pay special attention to the safety of our guests, which is provided around the clock by the hotel's own security service. All guest rooms are equipped with electronic locks and a fire protection system, and the lobby and corridors of the hotel are equipped with a modern video surveillance system.

Terms of stay

The check-in time is from 14:00, the check-out time is no later than 12:00 Tashkent time.

If you check in after 07.00 in the morning and before 14:00, an additional fee of 50% of the room rate will be charged. If you arrive before 07:00 in the morning, an additional fee of 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Late check-out between 12:00 - 18:00 hours is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate for one day, and after 18:00 hours is charged at the rate of 100% of the room rate for one day.

Booking cancellation

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 14:00 on the day of arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total cost of the stay if cancelled after 14:00 on the day of arrival.
